Francis Mateo is the Head of Data & Product at AutomateHQ, an industry-leading consulting firm specializing in machine learning and data-driven solutions. With a background in data engineering, data and analytics, and AI solution architecture, Francis has championed several data-driven operations, enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovation across business units. Throughout his career, Francis has led large-scale data migration projects, developed ETL pipelines for seamless data integration, and designed and developed internal AI-powered tools that optimize decision-making processes. Francis holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business and also founded and operates a successful barbershop and tattoo studio in Toronto. His experience as both an entrepreneur and data leader fuels his commitment to helping business owners reclaim their time and focus on what truly matters.
