Tyler is head of sales and business development at AutomateHQ. He is fiercely passionate about technology and the transformative power of AI. He believes that the era of AI agents will fundamentally change how all businesses must operate, but also provide the opportunity for SMBs to compete with the bigger competitors - resisting market consolidation and monopolization. Working with small and mid-sized businesses for much of his career, he is deeply aware that families rely on the success of these businesses and therefore, the imperative for SMBs to maintain steady sustainable cash flow, smooth operations and a strong reputation.

Previously, he co-founded a series of successful start-ups offering financial products and advisory services to small businesses, effectively scaling his start-ups to become an amalgamated mid-sized firm, attracting the attention of private equity investors. He has worked with hundreds of businesses, identifying the internal and external issues hindering success, restructuring these businesses to function as lean-seamless-systems and restoring peace of mind to its stakeholders.
